Everyone deserves peace…
Life moves so fast.
Constantly, we are pulled in a multitude of different directions. We aren’t taught how to slow down or change course without feeling fear. Breathing in each other’s pain, without recognizing how much it effects us.
I want to help.
I watch as people’s lives decline right in front of my eyes. Some, not knowing what to do or how to access peace. Others, finding themselves unable to find the strength to change the direction their life is going.
Bad habits compromise your health.
Many people find themselves running on a wheel, chasing things they believe will make them feel whole. I am someone who believes that everything we need we already have within us. However, it is our choice to access it.
Let me help you access it.
I designed my MST classes with this intention in mind. My desire is to give anyone the space to slow down, look at their life, and make shifts towards true inner peace. Not a temporary solution, but a real change.
A mind, body, and soul connection.
In class, we stretch to wake up the body. We slow down to center the mind. And we meditate to free the soul.
